Meet Natalie Platon,
founder of Mathniverse

We are glad to have you here! I have taught in the classroom for 10+ years in preschool, Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 4th grade. I currently teach 3rd grade in Los Angeles, CA.

As a teacher, I learned that children can only develop a true love and understanding of math when lessons and activities are hands-on, more exploratory, and applied to the real world. We avoid resorting to shortcuts and procedural thinking that can unfortunately limit a student's mathematical potential.

I am excited to share with you resources that I have used in my classroom to help my own students become stronger mathematicians! At Mathniverse, we aim to make math fun and memorable for you and your students!
